5. Booking Terms

When booking a property through Niabnb, you agree to abide by the terms set by the host and pay any applicable fees, taxes, or charges. All payments will be processed directly to the host who will pay through applicable charges through our platform and in compliance with Kenyan e-commerce laws.

6. Payment and Refunds

Payment for bookings must be made only after visiting and accepting the House.
