Enjoy this stylish, centrally-located home in Westlands Nairobi. The house is situated in an up-market, quiet neighbourhood of Nairobi. The home has 1 bedroom, a fully kitted kitchen, comfortable living space and a full bathroom..A real home away from home. The compound has a pool and restaurant and we provide WiFi and a back up generator...(The restaurant is temporarily closed for now but there are many others nearby.) The space *The space is bright, airy and cosy. The living room is open-plan, warm and comfortable. There is a 43 inch TV with Youtube and Netflix. Wifi is also available( 10GB). A work desk is provided to allow for working from home. *The kitchen has a fridge, microwave, cooker, toaster, kettle and water dispenser. We also provide crockery, cutlery,pots and pans and other kitchen basics. *We provide a complimentary fruit basket, tea, coffee, cereals and water to get you started. Should you deplete these during your stay, you will need to replenish for yourself. *The bed room is a good size with a king bed, ample wardrobes and lots of natural light. A mosquitoe net is also provided. * The bathroom has a bathtub and shower with hot water *There is a lovely balcony that allows you to enjoy tree top greenery, fresh air,pool view and Nairobi sunsets. * For long stays, we provide cleaning once a week. The house keeper will change sheets and towels and clean the house on a day that suites you. Guest access *There is a pool within the compound and available for guests to use. There is a nominal fee of Kshs 1000 charged per person per session for pool usage. Other things to note *The home is on the 4th floor and the building has no lift. *There is a back-up generator *The compound has ample parking *There is 24 hour security. * Netflix and Youtube available * The house hosts strictly 2 guests. * As the apartment has no washing machine, a fee of between $15 to $35 is charged for laundry services depending on size of the load, for more exact calibration, Kshs 600 per kg of wash. This includes washing and ironing guest clothes. Clothes will be returned the next day after collection. * For long stays, the house keeper will come and clean as well as changes sheets and towels once a week on a day that suites you. * The pool is managed by a different owner from the apartment, who charges a nominal fee of Kshs 1000 or per session per guests. This goes towards maintenance of the pool. *Kindly expect some noise from the pool as kids use it during the day. The pool closes at 6pm.
